Imong Got Spayed

I've sent my cat, Imong to be spayed at our favourite vet clinic last Monday. I was so nervous about it, like a mom nervous about sending her kid to school on the first day. Don't blame me, it's my first time sending a pet to be fixed. I've had cats as pets when I was a child, but my parents were not concerned about neutering or spaying cats.

Now that I have a number of cats, my parents have started complaining about them. Therefore, my brother and I have decided that we need to send our female cats to be spayed, before they get pregnant.

Imong had a very small incision from the spaying procedure, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. So far, we've succeeded in preventing her from licking it, and I've been cleaning it twice a day with an antiseptic solution provided by the vet.

I'm so happy that Imong is doing great. It's her 3rd day today, and she's sleeping on my work table. Here's a pic of her, guarding my Choclairs. :P Maybe she knows I'm not suppose to eat candy, since I'm trying to lose some weight.
