I was bored one day and I was looking for tutorial videos on YouTube when I found some videos that show how to curl hair using a flat iron. A flat iron is also known as a hair straightener. I bought my mini flat iron on Ebay before Christmas last year, and it works really well. It's not branded or anything, and it is very cheap.

Anyway, I've been playing around with the hair iron recently after watching the video. I managed to curl my hair using my mini flat iron! Of course, it doesn't look as defined as getting curls using curling thongs, but I love the result. You can see in the pic that a flat iron can definitely produce some pretty loose curls.
I need to get some hair product real soon, such as hair spray, hair protectant, you get the drill. I'm just thrilled, knowing that I can get Serena Van Der Woodsen's crazy out-of-bed messy hair anytime! Super sleek, straight hair is so outdated and boring. Time to get some sexy, fun curls!
